MKE Week 24- Wilma Rudolph

71EB22DB-6D94-4B80-A59A-4C258454B30A-346-0000010DD50AAA66

I discovered this very day about the amazing life of Wilma Rudolph. Have a look at what she overcame and then accomplished in her 54 years on God’s green earth.

Her single mindedness is an inspiration for me. She has inspired me to lean into being the observer of my world, to focus on what I am grateful for in life; to ensure that I provide for more life to all and less life to none. I fully intend to use my thinking mind and the love in my heart to strive relentlessly toward my highest good, with a coherent and definite mental vision of what I desire, coupled with full faith to enjoy my vision now as if  it is already attained. I shall forever remain thankful to the Formless Substance for gifting me with the deepest desires of my heart. I shall continually act with clear purpose to create and achieve my desires. I shall make the time to meditate in silence so that I may hear the whispers and direction of the Universe. For I know that the universe creates in ways that are far better then that which I could have imagined possible. I shall remain constantly open and child like to the unfolding miracles and serendipity and coincidences that occur in my new found life. All this is what I have learned from this amazing course of the Master Key Experience and the super human approach of someone like Wilma epitomizes the essence of this approach to life at its highest level.

Thank you, Wilma.

Thank you, Mark J.

Thank you, Davene.

MKE Week 21 – God’s Greatest Miracle

I found this poem by Don Iannone and it frames the beginning of my new adventure rather nicely.

Heroes in Our Own Life Stories
by Don Iannone

Heroes, all of us, in our own life stories
Travelers, you and me
A journey, each day to find ourselves
A lifetime to discover what we’ve lost

Reluctant at times
to accept the challenge–
we are to ourselves
or the challenge nonexistent places pose

Lost at times, all of us
Both within and outside ourselves
Adversity, around each corner
Our biggest monsters always within

Romance, laced between footsteps
Too often in love with ourselves, and
forever in love with whatever we seek
Wedded we are, to the myth bringing us here

Lost arks, holy grails, new lands discovered
Apparent destinations, the journey’s end
But even reaching the end–no end in sight
Heroes we become, only when we go beyond

Eventually comes the morning, we awaken
Like the sun, we shine, and
finally see what we’ve lost
Only then, can we go home

Inspired by Joseph Campbell, Carl Jung
and my teacher Jonathan Young

Claes: Thanks for sharing Your thoughts and this beautiful poem! Peace, Claes

Me: I appreciate that you’ve taken the time to read the poem. I discovered Don Iannone’s poem while searching hero’s journey on the web. I like the idea of the web… in that we are all connected through this web, the fibers of life, these fibers make up the rich tapestry which we are all a part of weaving. Thanks Cales.

From this poem it leads me quite nicely into Week 21 where we are studying that true power lies in our consciousness of power. Awareness holds incredible might … and practice of being conscious of power allows me to become proficient and with proficiency I become harmonious with the Universal Mind that is Omnipresent, this harmony  with all that is gifts me the opportunity to be in the flow and immersion of the Universal Mind and being in that flow all things are possible. Ask and you shall receive  a thousand fold. I am the creator of my destiny with the deep connection to the Omnipotence of the Universe … this connection supports and enlivens my choices and places me in direct line of the pure power and majesty of creation. So my consciousness of power is there for me to tap into at will. In that we are all one then we each have this amazing source conection as well.

In the midst of chaos this week I have found peace in my core. The stillness and silence pervades my being and infuses all that I be, do, think and act. The best part about all of this is that my ease and grace becomes the air that I breath and my family, my partner and my children begin to follow the flow of inner knowingness and discover their own power, become conscious of their power and the ripple effect goes on with out end. Such a wonderful discovery! Now I more fully understand that I am God’s Greatest Miracle! So too arte thou, my dear reader … so too arte thou.

MKE Week 18 – A Virtuous Week

08dfb6ab-813f-4bf4-9f86-6cf736ce2c67-1021-000001de61e2b77f_tmp

These past few weeks I’ve been focusing, along with my fellow MKMMA students, for an entire week on a virtue, seeing it in myself and in others. It has lead me to have a closer look at the man who instigated this earnest inward gaze, Benjamin Franklin. I have had a look at Ben Franklin’s autobiography and I have learned that he was a man of amazing discipline.  I now know he observed and studied the character of people around him very well and  from that he created this set of virtues. I throughly appreciate Mr Franklin’s serious approach. I’m also impressed that he created this list of virtues and practiced his use  and awareness of each virtue by week  when he was only 20 years of age. Although it took a number of years more to hone down his list of the most important virtues to a mere 13.

I am enjoying the deepening wisdom I’ve gained going through each day in the role of witness and observer of my world. When I notice an opportunity to offer my service of enthusiasm (le mot du jour) I waste no time in reaching out with enthusiasm in the current situation.  For example, the kitchen floor had been in dire need of a sweep and mop. It had been passed over for a number of weeks on the house chores to do list. This afternoon when I got home from errands, I enthusiastically rolled up my sleeves, pulled out a brand new bucket, filled it up with hot  soapy water, put on some up beat music and got stuck in. Even my daughter got swept up with my enthusiasm and she enthusiastically cleared all the rugs and other floatsom and jetsam on the kitchen floor. As I type this email, the kitchen floor is drying and my cat Tamu is enthusiastically enjoying his food now placed in the living room! (3 ticks on my Saturday Virtue count!)

While I was surfing the net for some interesting pictures, I discovered this nifty Ben Franklin quiz. If you feel like checking how you’re doing with your virtuous make over hit the blue 13 Virtues Quiz and you can see how well you’re getting on. I was pleased that my Quiz informed me about was in track. Please leave me a comment how you fared on the quiz if you feel so inclined. 13 Virtues Quiz

bd563487-d96e-4b6f-9524-3decb8572f75-630-000000bb4128e06e_tmpI just would like you to consider that we in modern times have altered our focus and we need to take a moment to bow our heads in gratitude to know we are progressing as a species toward each one of us gaining access to the Universal Mind.

Dr. David Hawkins Calibrated List

Nancy Bragin

579010_539611959388067_514996432_nWhere does one begin the search for spiritual truth self-realization called enlightenment?

Dr. David Hawkins’ List Below has been calibrated above 500, which is unconditional love.

I find this list important, as I do not want to be duped (smile) on my spiritual path by any book or teacher not yet teaching from the conscious level of (500+ which is unconditional non-duality love.) Dr. Hawkins

Hawkins’ Consciousness Scale ranges from 0-1000, (1000 is the Highest Level of pure/consciousness humanly possible.)

“The great avatars that set the ultimate paradigm of reality and standard of conduct for all of humanity for thousands of years. Of those, the Lords Krishna, Buddha, Zoroaster, and Jesus Christ all calibrate at 1,000. All the names for Divinity calibrate as Infinity. The revered great sages and their teachings calibrate in the 700 (extremely rare), such Huang Po and Ramana Maharshi.”

MKE Week 17HJ – Miracles in Motion

The Universe, I am beginning to understand is merely a reflection of the face of the Almighty. As the flow of God’s wisdom pulses in my veins, so too it pulses in yours. I am beginning to be aware of and understand the Majesty and Harmony of all Existence. When I relax and rest in the silence of the song and rhythm of the Omnipresent Universal Mind then God’s Will becomes actualized before my very eyes. Miracles in motion!

This journey that myself and my courageous class of The Master Key Experience 2016 are on is a journey of unveiling the power of who we truly be. It is challenging, frightening, invigorating, sacred, filled with discoveries in each and every moment. I’m learning the value of joining together with like minded people to gather strength to hook into the mastermind, the pulse of Universal truth. I’m learning to trust in the vulnerability of asking for help, of knowing we all share a similar set of feelings, triumphs and woes.

It is wonderful to share kindness with each and every person I encounter in the day; it provides me with a refreshing breath of goodness and this glowing kindness given and received, ignites my smile. Laughter is easy to come by, I find delight in a gentle glance, the tender hand hold of an elderly couple, the joy of young children giggling with a kitten at play. These things are my new adventure. I awaken each morning excited to discover what lays around the next corner. Happy and full of new ideas for my business and for my family.

I found this poem  by Don Iannone and it frames the beginning of my new adventure rather nicely.

MKE Week 17 – Deja Vu!

Think truly, and thy thoughts Shall the world’s famine feed;
Speak truly, and each word of thine Shall be a fruitful seed;
Live truly, and thy life Shall be a great and noble creed. – Horatio Bonar

This morning in my bath, (Please note the combination here.) I reviewed lesson 15 which talks about the power of thought and the importance of using insight. It also goes on to suggest one become a sentinel at the gate of one’s thoughts, as they are the fuel that propels the creative forces of the Universe. As I listened to Davene lovingly read Haanel’s words of wisdom, I recalled writing a blog about being thankful for my thoughts. I was amazed at my Future Self’s insight and Subby’s wisdom. I looked up my blog, it was from Week 5! Holy Moley!

https://dworzalmasterkey.wordpress.com/2016/11/06/mke-week-5-think-thank-thunk/

I’m certain that both the Future & the Stubby Self are pure geniuses! Both united back at Week 5 of this course and then gave my mind and heart wings to join in perfect harmony with lesson 15 AND even then I’m only able to recognize and understand the connection a full fortnight (two weeks) later, in week 17! The wisdom of Dr. Einstein’s words are Proven Positive! BAM!

“The only reason for time is so that everything doesn’t happen at once.”                  Albert Einstein

Earlier in the week, I had shared in the alliance page that I’m focusing on Specialized Knowledge. Interestingly, it has also shown up as one of those inexplicable things that happen when one steps into the flow. My partner was looking through Craig’s List as he normally does of the morning and he said “Julie here’s a gig written just for you.” It was a husband looking to hire a chef and Massage Practitioner to provide their services for he and his wife on Valentines Day. I answered the ad and had a positive response from his assistant. I went to meet her at her office in Kirkland (which is a 45 minute drive from where I am … in the pouring rain) I met her and we instantly found a great playing field in common. I missed being able to do the entire gig as she had already hired the LMP. When I met the man who was arranging this romantic adventure as a secret for his wife … I mentioned that I had done massage for 40 years and his answer was … Well let’s keep that idea on the side … in case the other lady has a problem on the day, ok? My job was to prepare the meal off site, as the lodge where they were going to has no cooking facilities, bring the tablescape, set it up in their tree house (Yes, the lodge is a series of tree houses!) then serve them their steak and lobster Valentine dinner for two and pour them wine and clear and serve dessert. Then quietly sneak out. How romantic! His assistant and I discussed the logistics and then she offered to give me a space in their doctor’s office to do massage professionally. (I’m an LMP and just at that moment I was actually in search of a good location to bring my practice!) In one fell swoop I met an office filled with folk with specialized knowledge, found an interesting part time job AND landed myself a wonderful high end location to bring my massage practice without even looking for it! Talk about being in the flow! How does it get any better then that?

MKE Week 16 – Unlimited Potential

I am Nature’s Greatest Miracle. -Og Mandino

This sentence is so Earth shatteringly brilliant! At the beginning of the week I read scroll IV out loud while walking around and around the living room like a pacing tigress! The line … “I apply all my efforts to become the highest mountain of all and I strain my potential until it cries for mercy.” BAM! That touched right to the very core. It lit my week on 🔥 FIRE! the week only got better from there!

I got hooked up with two fellow classmates to be Mastermind partners ( although through time challenges one of my partners has found someone closer to his home) the incredible thing is that the Mastermind partner whom I’ve connected with lives right in my neighborhood !! How does it get any better then that? We’ve had one long conversation and a few text messages and soon we’ll be swimming along. That all happened on Monday … the 🔥 fire began to warm my fingers and toes.

Tuesday and our tribe had thought the best way to get to the afternoon read was to tag team each other to check in that the read got done in a timely manner! Lovely text messages back and forth. Thanks tribe!

Wednesday … middle of the week and the Kindness thing kicked into full swing. I was doing my favorite RAK (Random Act of Kindness) thing by tidying up any bathroom I visited during the week. I had just done that in my coffee shop and then went next door to grocery shop in the local Albertsons store. I was in the baking aisle looking for Bada Bing Cherries they are like maraschino cherries only made with Bing Cherries. I couldn’t find them and a kind store clerk helped me look for them on the shelves. We got to talking and come to find out we both enjoyed baking thanks to our mothers imparting their knowledge and enthusiasm about creating fresh baked goods at home.  Somehow the conversation took a slightly different tone when we both discovered that our mothers both had passed away three years ago. We looked tearfully at each other and gave each other a huge hug and cried on each other’s shoulders. Right there in the middle of the baking aisle in Albertsons.

Thursday and I’m checking in with my tribe regarding the afternoon Og read. Nancy our wonderful guide and I have been tag teaming this week … here is a screen shot of part of our chat… with her permission of course!
